Shipping policy
1. Standard Processing Time: All orders are processed within [6-7] business days. (Mon-Fri)
2. High Volume/Sales: Please allow additional days in transit for delivery during peak seasons (e.g., holidays) or high-volume sales. We will notify you via email if we expect a significant delay.
3. Confirmation & Order Tracking

A Shipment Confirmation email will be sent once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Damages, Loss, and Theft
This manages liability once the package has left your hands.

Damage: If you received your order damaged, please contact our support team at rise.clothing.brand1@gmail.com within 24 hours with photos of the damage.

Lost/Stolen Packages: RISE is not responsible for any packages lost or stolen after the carrier confirms delivery to the provided address. If the carrier shows the package as "Delivered," please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
